2 Developing the research agenda

Searchable databases of researchers: We have developed a list of Live Research Projects listing currently active research projects, alongside several profiles giving more in-depth information on specific projects. This is published twice a year, in October and May.

We are also developing a database of published research reports dealing with administrative justice.

Review of national and international research: We are reviewing the current research literature on administrative justice in the UK and internationally. To develop the cross-disciplinary research agenda, the review aims to identify work pertinent to administrative justice but not falling directly within this field, such as that on economics, social policy, public administration, and the psychology of decision-making.

We have published research resources on specific topics, including:

Bibliography on benefit sanctions and inequalities

Indefinite immigration detention rapid response review
