The Queen Margaret University Consumer Dispute Resolution Centre seminar series showcases research and scholarship exploring issues relating to consumer-business and citizen-state disputes. On 9 November 2016, the first seminar of 2016/ 2017 will feature Dr Naomi Creutzfeldt (Westminster) and Prof Mike Adler (Edinburgh). Naomi will discuss her research on user perceptions of ombuds schemes in Europe, while Mike will discuss his comparative study of austerity policies and sanctioning.
The seminar is open to academics, policymakers and practitioners interested in administrative justice and related issues.
