The UK Administrative Justice Institute (UKAJI) and the University of Glasgow are pleased to invite you to the launch of a new research report:
Scotland’s Model Complaint Handling Procedures

The report was commissioned by UKAJI to explore innovative developments in the organisation of complaint handling within Scottish public services and to investigate how newly available data on complaint handling in Scotland could be used by researchers.
The research was conducted by Professor Tom Mullen, Dr Chris Gill, and Nial Vivian.
